Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth after use to remove dust and fingerprints. This is the simplest and most effective step.
Stains & dirt
For stains, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap or alcohol-free cleaning wipes. Do not rub – gently blot. Avoid harsh cleaning products and never submerge the leather in water.

Do not expose to direct sunlight for prolonged periods — the leather may discolour
Do not overload — the bag's structure is better preserved without excessive weight

Preparation & shipping
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after payment validation. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, allow 8 to 12 business days for delivery — both in France and internationally.

We deliver to mainland France, the French Overseas Departments and Territories (Martinique, Reunion, Guadeloupe, New Caledonia) as well as most European countries and internationally.
Returns
Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt, item unworn, tag intact. Size exchange possible subject to availability.
